Welcome to the Aura Sutra! My name is Tracy Lynn Arcand and I am the owner/operator of Aura Sutra.

I started my quest to assist the planet and humans on Earth many years ago. I am Certified in many healing modalities including , but not limited to, Reflexology, Accupressure Technique, Inverse Wave Therapy, Korean Drum Therapy, Gaia (Mother Earth training) and Spiritual Enlightenment . I teach Yoga, Tai Chi, Guided Meditation, Energy Dance classes and coming soon...Crystalline Children of Planet Earth . I am a graduate of Dahn Healer School in Sedona Arizona , class of 2006 which incorporates massage, Yoga, acupuncture, brain wave therapy and Energy Healing, chakra alignment, Meditation. My Destiny is to assist humans to live consciously and joyously while healing their body, mind and spirit. My dream is to have the Aura Sutra be a place of Peace, Love, Serenity, and Healing.
